- We will do the viewings with candidate-tenants, expats and locals working at reputable companies
- We’ll do the screening of the candidates and introduce them to you
- We’ll draw up a legally recognized rental agreement
- We’ll collect the first rent and deposit
- We’ll take care of a professional check in with inspection report and pictures
- When needed we can do ad random checks at the property (when one lives abroad)
